Did you know that bleach will not cure a smelly urinal problem in your washrooms? If you have a persistent smell problem, it is more likely to be coming from the floor rather than the urinal. You will probably see that there is black around the urinal area. - The black is limescale and the bacteria hide behind the limescale, where bleach cannot get at them. - The answer is to use an acidic based toilet cleaner to remove the limescale, thus removing the odour causing bacteria.
