Shipping charges are £8.95 (including vat) for orders under £75.00. Free carriage on orders over £75.00.
These shipping charges apply to UK mainland only. For any other area please contact us for a price.
Our normal shipping is by carrier, and delivery time is within the normal working day (8.00 am to 5pm Monday to Friday). It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of the goods that you have ordered. Please advise us when you order if you need to arrange a delivery time /day. 01302 361666 or email sales@oxby.com.
If the carrier calls with the goods and there is no-one available to accept delivery, then there may be an additonal charge for re-delivery.
Please note that we are a wholesale supply company, and all prices on this website are shown not including VAT. VAT WILL BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.
RETURNS POLICY....
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and what's more so do the people who have made and manufactured them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Some products are sent to you directly from the Manufacturer /Importer, many of whom operate under strict Quality Assurance systems (EG: ISO 9001)
To comply with these assurance systems, any returned products may have to be completely unpacked, stripped down and re-tested before they can be offered for sale once again. (even just a box of saucers!) Whilst this does give assurance to the buyer that the product is perfect, it does mean that manufacturers have to charge for re-stocking fees, and this charge can be up to 30%
We strongly advise you to check, before purchase, that the item you are buying is exactly what you want, or you are aware how much the re-stocking fee is.
Of course, if the item is faulty in any way, then charges will not apply.
Please also be assured that if you do need to return something, we will do our very best to work with you to keep any re-stocking charges to an absolute minimum.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary slightly.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been used or altered.
